Customer Service Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service!

The purpose of the Customer Support Administrator is to deliver internal and external business support and customer service.They will provide customer service for the customer support function, assuming responsibility for set tasks and projects under the supervision of the Customer Relations Manager.

Main responsibilities

•Dealing with queries from customers and prospect customers from hospitality, leisure and healthcare businesses.Capturing accurate detail, and routing them to a more appropriate contact where applicable.

•Query and complaint resolution, recording and tracking the progress and status of all queries and complaints, ensuring all stakeholders and key decision makers are up to date with the status of each case.Taking ownership to full and complete resolution.

•Escalate as appropriate where required, issues or complaints to Buyers or the Customer Relations Manager where deemed necessary.

•Record and identify patterns and re-occurrences of issues with suppliers for continual improvement, ensuring all relevant findings are relayed to key stakeholders and the Customer Relations Manager.

The Person

The role holder will have previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills at all levels.They will be results driven and have a proven eye for detail.The ability to work within a team and build relationships across all levels is also essential.

Skills

Our Customer Support Administrator needs to possess good Microsoft Office skills in Excel as well as knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. They will have a can do attitude, the ambition to succeed on an individual and team level and have the ability to be a natural brand ambassador.
