Head of Revenue

We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute dynamic individual to join us as our Head of Revenue


You will drive optimal Revenue performance to the UK portfolio of Hotels through a series of initiatives including a ‘Rent-a-Revenue Manager’ program, Technology and Strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives.

As a member of the Best Western Leadership Team, the Head of Revenue Management is required to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Distribution to deliver a commercial advantage to Best Western Member Hotels driving optimal performance

The Rent a Revenue Manager and the Revenue Optimisation team has a combined overall reporting headcount of 30 revenue professionals. You will lead these teams to execute a revenue plan that delivers the commercial objectives of our member hotels.


You will have a strong Revenue background with a history of successful delivery in a similar role.  You will have the ability to set strategies and create and implement recommendations for translating strategy into tactics. You will have an in-depth working knowledge of pricing, yield management systems and processes for multiple brands and segments as well as the ability to assess and analyse financial reports. You will also possess highly developed leadership skills, as well as strong verbal, writing, and listening skills and be capable of influencing at all levels. Above all you will have the vision, ability and passion to deliver an industry leading revenue service to our members.
