Customer Support Executive – York

The purpose of this role is to deliver internal and external business support in line with agreed KPI’s. To provide assistance to the customer support team, whilst assuming responsibility for set tasks and projects. You will be dealing with internal and external queries from customers and prospect customers, and must be able to capture accurate detail to action any query.
The ideal candidate will be committed to customer service excellence, providing a high level of service delivery at all times.

We thrive as a business on the basis if a “can do” attitude, so we would be looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills with a proven eye for details and who is articulate, with strong listening and verbalisation skills.
The ideal candidate must be competent to use Microsoft office.
