The purpose of the role is to follow up on all sales leads, turning prospects into Best Western customers, by researching and informing them of all BW products. To develop and deliver increased levels of corporate and agency business to member hotels. You must have good relationship building skills to be able to develop effective communications and actively promote productive working relationships with member hotels.

You must have experience in promoting a company via telephone and at face-to-face events and be able to introduce yourself to new hotels and, when necessary, explain what the field Sales Team can offer.

The ideal candidate must be competent in using Microsoft Office, along with experience of working within a sales or retail environment.

We thrive as a business on a basis of a “can do” attitude so we would be looking for someone who has strong communication skills with a proven eye for detail and who is articulate, with strong listening and verbalisation skills.
