    We are looking for an enthusiastic & hard working individual to join our friendly sales team at the Castle Green Hotel, BW Premier Collection in Kendal. As Events Co-ordinator and Administrator, we are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, eye for detail and drive for ensuring the smooth running of weddings and events within the hotel.

    You will be required to deal with clients from the initial show around through to the arrangement, coordination & efficient running of the final event. You will play an active role in helping the Sales Team maximise occupancy, revenue and yield in line with Company procedure. Responsibilities will include: take sales enquiries and convert into bookings, some proactive sales calling, maintain an up to date data base and chase system, process relevant correspondence, carry out appointments and to liaise with suppliers. You must be able to pro-actively identify the customer’s needs, build relationships & deliver customer service with a smile.

    Rezlynx trained users would be preferable, however not necessary. Friendly personality and can-do attitude compulsory.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 40 hours a week
    Salary: Dependant on experience
    Hours of Work: 5 days a week, will include some weekend and evening work.
